EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS
All Elevations are drawn at ¼" scale.  The elevations depict and specify the exterior finished materials of the home, vertical dimensions, roof overhangs and pitches.

FLOOR PLANS
First Floor Plan and Second Floor Plan (if applicable) are drawn at ¼" scale.  Plans show the locations of walls, windows, doors, stairs, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, electrical and lighting layout, special ceilings, dimensions, notes, and necessary details.

FOUNDATION PLAN
Foundation Plan is drawn at ¼" scale.  Foundation Plan shows the location of walls, footings, windows, structural steel and columns, stairs, utilities, electrical and lighting layout, rough-in for future bath, dimensions, notes, and necessary details.

TYPICAL WALL SECTION
Typical Wall Section is drawn at ½" scale.  The Typical Wall Section is a vertical cut through the home depicting the concrete foundation wall and footing size and depths, drain tile and backfill, structural framing, exterior wall construction and materials, insulation, wall heights, typical overhang soffit and fascia, roof construction, collar ties, and finish materials.
